The &amp;#8216;easy&amp;#8217; option and the &amp;#8216;standard&amp;#8217;.  The &amp;#8216;Easy&amp;#8217; was requested by our regular customers as they did not want the hassle and cost in their online shopping experience and we were happy to oblige.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt; You can request an &lt;strong&gt;&amp;#8217;Easy&amp;#8217; Return&lt;/strong&gt;.  This means that we will send you an addressed express post satchel (at our cost) and you can drop this in an Australia Post box or Post Office within 7 days to return the garment for an &lt;strong&gt;exchange or credit note&lt;/strong&gt;.  &lt;br /&gt;This service was offered for &lt;strong&gt;customer convenience and is free of charge&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;We will mail you out your exchanged item at no additional cost as soon as your parcel has been received.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt; You can request a &lt;strong&gt;&amp;#8217;Standard Return&amp;#8217;&lt;/strong&gt;.  This means &lt;strong&gt;you are responsible for sending your items back to DestinationStyle.com.au by express or registered post (at your cost)&lt;/strong&gt; for an exchange or refund.  &lt;br /&gt;It is your responsibility in this case to note the tracking number in case the parcel gets off course&lt;br /&gt;You must email us for a RA number before sending any parcels.  &lt;br /&gt;Any unidentified parcels without an RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.&lt;/p&gt;

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return.  We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via our shipping partners Australian Registered Post.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.&lt;/p&gt;
