Please note this usually happens because you already have the item in your shopping basket! Please check this, even if you didn’t add it today- as the DestinationStyle.com.au website automatically saves what was in your basket the last time you visited us!
Is there someone on the other end of your phone number for me to ask a question or will I have to leave a message and wait a day to hear back?
Yes there is always someone on the end of the phone during business hours Monday to friday 9-5, excluding public holidays. Sometimes in particularly busy periods you may reach our voice mail while we are on the phone to other customers but we will return any messages within the hour (or two) if a message is left. Please note also, there are very prompt answers to email queries as the DS staff are online all day!
Will you share any of my details (Name or email address) with other third parties if I signed up to your style newsletters?
Definitely NO! Our subscribers list is a vital part of our boutique and we are not planning to compromise this in any way. If you would like to subscribe to the DS Style Updates we will only send you the monthly newsletters and special membership Sale information. We will not send repetitive spam and we will not disclose any details to others.
Why has Paypal debited my account $1 after I have ordered on your site?
If you do not have a Paypal account then Paypal must verify that the credit card details you are using are reputable and real. Therefore they deduct a nominal amount (which they replace within 24hrs) to make sure they can go ahead with the order. This is much like what hotels do when they take your credit card for check-in.
I have clicked through to an item description and the price is different from what it was on the last page.
This is unfortunately usually confusion with the site layout. On the main page please check that you are looking at the price BELOW the item’s description (and below the bold line) and not the price above the item title. This layout is followed though the same way throughout the site.
